Cain has a broad operational exposure, having worked across civil projects, mining and shutdown services in mobile plant, scaffolding, transport, mechanical, crane hire, and engineering operations. He also possesses an advanced proficiency and formal qualifications in incident investigation, training, risk management, injury management and behavioral based safety programs.

Cain possesses a strong attention to detail, experienced in facilitating audits and leading audits as well as a detailed understanding of AS 4801 & ISO 9001 requirements.
