Adam has more than 25 years’ experience in all facets of materials and logistics management with an emphasis on large, complex projects. Commodities managed in these roles include sensitive and precision machinery, dangerous / hazardous goods, oversize / over mass equipment and high value assets.

Prior to specialising in the materials and logistics field, Adam was involved extensively in maintenance, strategic asset management and client account management. Adam believes that the knowledge and skills gathered during the years spent in the field with maintenance and construction teams, translates into a strong competitive advantage in a materials management context. Adam has extensive experience working with over size / over mass transport providers and a detailed understanding of the planning and approvals requirements associated with logistics of this kind.

Adam has previously set up and run warehouses of all sizes and configurations including utilising a wide variety of materials tracking and management systems.
